Assistant Director, Brand Marketing – Lifestar

    Reporting to CCO, Lifestar is a subsidiary of RS group, that manages a portfolio of skincare, hair care and food supplement brands under MAGIQUE, Revive and S.O.M., respectively, you will be working in Multi-platform Commerce Business unit and responsible for:  

    • Overseeing a brand communication strategy with understanding of key performance of an indicators
    • Develop and design brand communication strategy with emphasis on online and offline brand marketing and image on each platform in order to meet objective & goal
    • Establish a brand strategy and determine how to incorporate this strategy in the company’s communication
    • Develop and optimize marketing campaigns for new products during launch and after launch
    • Determine the type of image the company want to develop for both corporate and specific products.
    • Establish a brand strategy and then determine how to incorporate this strategy in the company’s communications, involved with everything from social media posts to printed advertisements, etc.
    • Ensure that a consistent, desirable messages and images are conveyed through the company’s communications channels.
    • Involve with training sales or company communications staff so that they understand the brand message and how to emphasize it in their communications.
    • Work with the IT department to ensure that company websites are maintained and updated with appropriate information.
    • Effectively develop a brand image for the company and specific products that is appealing to targeted customers.
    • Approve marketing elements such as product packaging, logos, advertising media, and messaging, and coordinating with product managers on appropriate branding.
    • Execute effective project management for various communications projects.
    • Develop content for internal and external communications with all stakeholders (i.e. management, employees, clients, customers)
    • Develop, coordinate, measure and report on all communications materials and activities (including product packaging, advertisements, newsletters, articles, brochures, website presence, trade fairs, events, sponsorships, etc.)
    • Aligning all company communications to comply with corporate guidelines and policies.
    • Acting as the brand custodian for all of the company’s product brands.

    The ideal candidate should possess the following background:

    • Minimum 10 year experience in Brand communication and strategy or related fields
    • Experience in retail, home shopping, online industries is a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Proven leader with good track record of building and growing a winning team
    • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Great project management and stakeholder engagement ability
