Reporting to Head of Lifestar, you will be responsible for
- Lead marketing strategy into impactful retailer programs in order to achieve target and ROI
- Closely monitor, track trade marketing budget and commercial targets and initiate plans to achieve target and ROI
- Analyze data and initiate strategy to define brand-specific activity programs with marketing & commercial departments
- Implement, monitor and improve processes to link all trade marketing plans with the activities of the commercial teams
- Prepare trade promo plans and activities from idea, production POS materials, and end on post evaluation
The ideal candidate should possess the following background
- Minimum 5-year experience in E-Commerce, sales & marketing, category management, project management
- Direct experience in Pets industry is an advantage
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CMS platform experience, Microsoft Applications
- Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
- Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
