Head of Digital Commerce Platform (RS Mall)

Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer – RS Mall, you will be responsible for

  • Mainly to develop our online strategy, drive the sales and establish RS Mall to have a strong online presence among the home-shopping players
  • Be the key driver in developing and optimizing the performance and digital brand marketing of the E-commerce platform
  • Deliver a strategic approach in driving ongoing traffic and promotions to generate sales revenues, customer and build brand awareness across different platform
  • Increasing web traffic and driving online sales and re-strategizing all digital channel management
  • Leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize digital campaigns to meet KPIs
  • Budget management and maximize ROI on marketing spend
  • Manage team member 8-10 people covering all areas of digital commerce
  • Setting up and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Managing website and application analytics tools

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably in either e-commerce/merchandising/retail or health & beauty
  • Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Extremely organized and have the ability to prioritise, to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience in Digital Marketing is required
  • Good command in Thai & English
  • Passionate about the world of health related products and ideally have experience in this industry or smaller sized company An ambition to grow and develop within an exciting company
