Legal (Commercial Registration)

Reporting to Assistant Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible all kind of the assigned work relating to Legal Affairs Department.
  • Review, drafting and interpretation and authentication of a variety of legal document in English version.
  • Provide legal advice and suggestions and other legal tasks requested by all departments or assigned by the Department Head and other
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors

The ideal candidate should possess the following background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Law and understand about all legal document very well.
  • At least 10 years of working experience in legal (especially in review and draft contracts).
  • Good command or proficient in listening, spoken and written English skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legal documents/business documents relating to the work.
  • Responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm in work, prudence, including punctuality.
  • Good to negotiation with all stakeholder
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable, organized, service-minded, and punctuality.
  • Good computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel etc.
  • Good organization and able to work under pressure.
  • Diligence, patience, good organizational and communication skills.
  • Good computer skills.
