Sales & Marketing Director – Lifestar

Reporting to Head of Lifestar, you will be responsible for

  • Monitor and increase company sales and marketing by developing long-term and short-term goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve the company’s target
  • Plan, Organize, Develop, Implement and Control all marketing functions such as new product launch plan, set up pricing according to price structure, develop and implement trade and consumer promotions
  • Sales and performance analysis identify growth trends, opportunities and area of weaknesses in sales along with proposed corrective marketing actions
  • Ensure that all marketing programs are aligned with the overall brand i.e. and business objectives, and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple audiences
  • Establishes sales channels and distributors, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance
  • Create a distribution strategy for the total portfolio and by segment in line with the company`s growth expectations
  • Analyze the marketplace to identify new market segments, customer opportunities or challenges for company solutions
  • Manages a company’s product portfolio, brand communication and segmentation

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

  • 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing in brand or retail industries
  • Strong time management, systematic thinking, analytical skill, ability to conceptualize new ideas, strategies
  • Experience in health & beauty, FCMG or consumer healthcare is a plus
  • Strong leadership, project-management and interpersonal skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and practice
