Senior Manager, Online Business Development

Reporting to Head of Commerce, you will be responsible for

  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Identifying and targeting new online business opportunities and market segments.
  • Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rates.
  • Building and managing strategic partnerships with online platforms, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of online initiatives.
  • Monitoring and optimizing online advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising.
  • Utilizing customer data and feedback to improve online products and services.
  • Staying informed about emerging technologies and digital marketing trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

The ideal candidate should possess the following background

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience on online marketing or business development
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques
  • Experience with social media networking and advertising.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices and brand exposure techniques
  • Excellence communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
