Senior Officer, Creative (RSiam)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate with artists and their management teams to create compelling visual identities that reflect the artist’s brand, from album artwork to stage visuals
  • Generate innovative concepts for music videos, promotional materials, and other visual content that resonates with fans
  • Ensure a cohesive and consistent brand image across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
  • Oversee and create visual assets for music videos, promotional videos, live event visuals, social media campaigns, and digital content.
  • Direct and manage all aspects of creative production, including conceptualizing, location scouting, shooting, and editing.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, PR, artist management) and external vendors (photographers, designers, videographers) to deliver high-quality content.
  • Design and execute creative concepts for fan merchandise, exclusive digital content, and promotional materials for tours, fan events, and album releases.
  • Oversee the entire creative process from ideation to execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work with the marketing, artist management, and social media teams to ensure that creative assets align with broader campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the music, entertainment, or media industry.
  • Proven track record of managing artist careers and successfully driving revenue growth.
  • Existing industry network, including relationships with music producers, production house media outlets
  • Experience working with high-profile or up-and-coming artists would be a plus
