Reporting to Assistance Director, you will be responsible for :
- A Performance Marketing Specialist who is comfortable in lower funnel campaigns, leads generation, web conversion, CPAS and more.
- Work hand in hand with clients and lead Paid Campaigns and daily optimizations.
- Ability to effectively communicate campaign insights, happenings and report directly to clients on a Weekly/Monthly basis.
- Ideate their own creatives and ad specifications and launch an effective paid campaign.
- Create Performance Reports and lead every insight back to client ROIs and ROAs.
- Communicate and explain campaign performance to clients, and is always a step ahead in terms of communications, tasks and key learnings.
The ideal candidate should possess the following background :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field. Prefer a good communicator and meticulous person.
- 1 year + experience in a campaign management/support role in the advertising/online media space.
- Computer and Internet savvy (minimum Microsoft Office–Word, Excel, Power point).
- Experience with DoubleClick, Facebook, Google Ads, or similar ad serving solution is a strong plus.
- Experience with Operative.
- Must be able to multi-task multiple account projects, work well under pressure and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Teamwork and interpersonal skills. Trustworthy and dependable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organization.
- Willingness to learn about the Digital Media industry.
- Have service-minded.
Special Skills / Preferred Personality
- Understanding of agency protocols online, digital media and ability to work well under a dynamic working environment.
- Having knowledge about online media (Google, Facebook, IG, Twitter, LINE, TIKTOK, Content Marketing).
- English proficiency is a must.
