Ecommerce Manager

    Reporting to Head of Lifestar, you will be responsible for

    • Manage all aspects of E-Commerce across all platforms including, mobile application, website, and marketplace, in relation to grow sales & profits, traffic acquisitions, average order value, and conversion rates
    • Contribute to product strategy and vision, roadmap and prioritization
    • Develop an online business strategy in collaboration with Product and Marketing team
    • Analyze data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to achieve KPIs.
    • Define overall metrics and KPI’s for the ecommerce site and report performance via dashboards
    • Monitor product inventory and sales forecast accuracy
    • Manage product contents and support back-end system
    • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to expand online market share
    • Perform market research to capture new trends to improve online shopping experience
    • Work with cross-functional teams and external partners to continually create engaging user experiences
    • Other duties as assigned

    The ideal candidate should possess the following background

    •         Minimum 3-year experience in E-Commerce, sales & marketing, category management, project management
    •         Excellent in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, CMS platform experience, Microsoft Applications
    •         Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
    •         Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
    •         Ability to multitask on multiple projects, excellent project management skills
    •         Knowledge in makeup and beauty business would be a plus
