Manager, Marketing (RS Music)

Reporting to Head of RS Music, you will be responsible for :

  • Marketing strategy: Create marketing strategies that align with the goals of the artists and the music label.
  • Communication Strategy: Develop communication strategies that align with artist positioning and branding objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of music release events, concerts, promotional activities and merchandise.
  • Maintain an organized marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with artists and their management teams to gather assets and align on campaign objectives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate innovative marketing ideas and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies.
  • Provide support for PR activities, influencer partnerships, and media relations as needed.

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following background :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Music Business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Passion for music and a deep understanding of music trends and culture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop communication campaign & content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of music streaming platforms and social media is a plus.
