About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, detailed-oriented, and highly responsible Senior Officer, Lawyer to manage litigation proceedings, draft critical legal documents, and provide comprehensive legal consultation.

The ideal candidate is a dedicated and analytical professional with an extensive understanding of legal principles, strong ethical standards, and a high level of ownership. You should be comfortable working effectively under pressure, executing tasks autonomously, and possessing excellent negotiation and communication skills to collaborate with clients and related parties.

Reporting to Head of Legal , you will be responsible to:

• Represent clients in court proceedings in the capacity of an Attorney-at-Law.
• Prepare and issue formal demand letters.
• Draft settlement agreements and compromise agreements.
• Provide legal advice and consultation on various legal matters.
• Perform other duties related to the operations of the law firm as assigned.

The ideal candidate should possess the following background:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.) with a valid Attorney-at-Law license.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in litigation and/or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge, thorough understanding, and comprehensive command of applicable laws, legal principles, and court procedures.
• Diligent, patient, with good interpersonal skills and the proven ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with clients and related parties.
• High sense of responsibility, adaptability, attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficient computer skills and tech-savviness.
• English proficiency at a fair to working level.
