RS Group to Organize the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2022 online
Mr. Surachai Chetchotisak, Chief Executive Officer of RS Public Company Limited, together with board members and directors, will organize the electronic annual general meeting of shareholders (E-AGM) at Rose Hall, RS Group Tower C, 5th floor. The Meeting agreed to approve the 2021 financial statement and the dividend yield for the year 2021 at 0.35 baht per share. Eligible payees shall be shareholders as of 5 May 2022. The dividend yield shall be paid on 25 May 2022.
