RS Group’s RS LiveWell joins hands with The OCBFF Corporation, signing MOU in distributing and strengthening Thai health & beauty brands in the Philippines and Asia

RS Group’s RS LiveWell, the innovative product company with multi-platform shopping destination for health and wellness, and The OCBFF Corporation Company Limited, a leading distributor and expert in strengthening health and beauty brands with strong networks of stores in the Philippines, signed the memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a joint venture in distributing and reinforcing products under RS LiveWell and those under other Thai brands through its extensive networks of modern trade stores and e-commerce platforms in the Philippines’ fast-growing health and beauty product market. Both companies also jointly strategized to operate retail businesses for Thailand’s health and beauty products in the future. The establishment of joint venture is planned to be complete by the third quarter of this year and is expected to generate 300 million baht in revenue within its first year of establishment.

Today, RS LiveWell has already distributed its products in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. For the latter, we have collaborated with The OCBFF Corporation, the expert in product distribution, with a particularly outstanding performance in marketing health and beauty products to be widely recognized in the Philippines. Additionally, the health and beauty market in the Philippines still have a tremendous growth potential with few players, compared to Thailand. Therefore, the company recognized such opportunity for business expansion, hence the MOU with The OCBFF Corporation was signed to establish the new joint venture to distribute Thai health and beauty products in the Philippines. In this joint venture, RS LiveWell will invest 51% and The OCBFF Corporation will invest 49%.”
